What Will My Warranty Cover?
CarSmart Autos wants you to know that we have everything covered. We'll discuss in detail what the warranty covers you for, but in short, you will be covered directly with Warranty Wise, the number one ranked warranty company in the UK.
Different packages will cover you for different things. We always make sure when providing the warranties that we choose the highest possible package of cover that every vehicle qualifies for, giving you the maximum amount of cover each and every time. We also provide extended warranties for those customers that may wish to add additional cover on top of the 3-months that we provide.
Should you experience a fault with a vehicle outside of your control do not worry. A warranty package would have been taken out on your vehicle and the likelihood is this fault would be covered on your chosen package. If a fault with your vehicle is discovered simply report this to Warranty Wise stating your policy number and they will take care of the rest and assist you with what happens next in regards to repairs.
Key Information About Your Warranty
A warranty will not cover accidental/ intentional damage, and generally requires you to service your vehicle at specified points to remain valid.
Please note that a dealer warranty provided by CarSmart Autos is separate to a manufacturer's warranty.
Depending on the age of the vehicle, parts of the car may still be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, many of which can last 2, 3 or even 5 years (for specific things, such as engines or rust protection).
