QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY... Andy’s a decent honest genuine bloke not your average car salesman that’s for sure. Bought my lovely new Fiat 500 from Andy yesterday and part ex mine at a fair price. Easy hassle free transaction. Andy helped with the temporary insurance cover for me and did the tax online for me too. Even connected my phone to car via Bluetooth will be recommending CarSmart Autos to friends and family!

Found this dealer on a website. There is plenty of clear images with full details of vehicle. Andy was extremely helpful and informative. Offering his assistance for anything i may need advice on after sales. I was given a good price for my other car. I would most defiantly recommend this business to others and would not hesitate to purchase from here again. Great all round honest and fair

WOW WOW WOW absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Andy was very patient and professional. Found his company online and was a little nervous at start but from the detailed videos and information provided I was quickly put at ease. We drove up to view the vehicle and again Andy couldn’t have been more helpful. My son test drove the vehicle and we purchased that evening. Andy then had the vehicle prepared and he personally drove the vehicle down to us and hand delivered it. It was so nice to actually deal with someone who had our best interests at heart. Car smart autos are a great honest dealership. I got in touch with Andy regarding a car that was sale, unfortunately it was already sold by the time I messaged him. Instead of ignoring my text he decided to go out of his way to give me as much advice about buying a type of car I was wanting from other dealerships. He was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of great guidance on buying a car from a dealership or private sale. So far the car I bought has been running great and I feel Andy has to take some credit for it. If you are needing a car I’d definitely recommend his dealership over anyone else as he is genuine and honest. Would give 6 starts if possible.

After years buying used vehicles from various dealers from up and down the land, I had become hardened and completely distrusting based on bad experiences. However, I am please to be able to now say that since meeting Andy from CarSmart Auto's I have somewhat changed this opinion as his reviews and honesty was recently put to the test when I purchased from him. After agreeing a great deal on a lovely little car for my Son, we had an issue where after the car was bought home it very quickly developed a problem which neither myself or Andy could have foreseen. Andy instantly took control of the situation and booked it in to be fixed, keeping me updated all the way. I now have a sound vehicle that runs as smooth as was promised, like all of his many other reviews, Andy comes across as genuine and a man of his word, this I can confirm is absolutely true and will be returning to CarSmart Autos for my next purchase. Trust me guys, this one is the real deal!

I cannot rate Andy highly enough. An honest businessman who cares more for his customers than making money from them. He took flack from other customers who couldn't understand why he wouldn't sell them the car because he was honouring a time deadline he had given me because I was unable to speak to him during the working day. He could easily have sold the car 3 times over. The car was in perfect condition as stated and was delivered to my door 150 miles away within 3 days. I will certainly be using him again for my next sons car as I trust him implicitly. It was a pleasure doing business with Andy and I would 100% recommend him.
